NORTH

WALES

PRIDE

CELEBRATING DIVERSITY

North Wales Pride was established in 2011 and is a unique and important event that celebrates the LGBTQ+ community and offers opportunities to bring people together and reduce rural isolation.

North Wales Pride is about showcasing our wonderful diverse community overcoming prejudice, hatred, reducing isolation and showing members of the LGBTQ+ community that they are not alone.

The festival brings people together, especially those who may feel isolated in rural areas, creating a supportive and welcoming environment. Through live music, performances, and a parade, North Wales Pride aims to promote diversity and inclusivity, and to foster a sense of community and belonging for all individuals.

By providing a platform for those in rural North Wales, North Wales Pride helps to combat social isolation and promotes social connections that extend beyond the festival itself.
